Welcome to Chimney Lakes Public Home Page of our web site.  The Chimney Lakes community consists of 350 + homes which are located in East Cobb, Georgia.  Our community is nestled in a perfect location that gives you the best of everything. We are unique in that, we physically reside in Cobb County with a Roswell address.   We are privileged to have access to the premium rated schools in East Cobb: Shallowford Falls Elementary, Simpson Middle, and Lassiter High.   For many, home is where the best schools are located. Wait, hold your breath we not only have great performing schools and caring teachers, we offer even more.

Why, live in Chimney Lakes? 

Great schools, we said that already.  Well, let’s start with the fact that we are an attractive neighborhood with amenities to meet the needs and desires of many.  We have a natural element of wooded areas that bring a warm feeling like snuggling up with a warm cup of hot chocolate.  Even more for the nature lover, our walking trails are a great place to reconnect with the birds and occasionally you might find other interesting sightings.  For the more active, we have tennis courts, basketball hoops, and a swimming pool.  Even the kids can get involved with the swim team.  To top it off, the lakes of Chimney Lakes are breathtaking. 

The moment you drive into the neighborhood you are greeted by well-groomed and well-lit landscape guiding you through the main drive of the neighborhood. Before you can form an opinion, you are greeted with the most beautiful lakes that a neighborhood can possess.  Many of our homeowners, enjoy the lake at the deck or wanting a closer interaction, they will go to the gazebo and have a picnic by the lake.  Just imagine!  Reconnecting with family, a loved one, or taking time out to reclaim a quiet moment for you. 

Location, location, location is a desirable thing. Well, we have it at Chimney Lakes.  There are not one, not two but three entrances/exits to the community.  You can choose to leave from any of the three exits and you will find gas stations, grocery stores, drug stores, health clubs, golf courses, and churches – please note we are indicating the plural tense of the words. Well, for the shopper in you, there is a Walmart Superstore and Target stores nearby.  We even have a Starbucks and Einstein’s within a reasonable driving distance.  If you enjoy upscale shopping and dining, we have that too.  Some of the finest resturants in Metro Atlana surround Chimney Lakes.  You can head in any direction for shopping.  To the North is Northpoint Mall of Alpharetta; to the East is 'The Aveunue of East Cobb'; to the South is Perimeter Mall and the Buckhead district; and to the West is Town Center Mall in Kennesaw.

Basically, you have choices with living in Chimney Lakes.  There are so many things that we could outline; the events for families, the community tennis group, and many more that we find it impossible to capture it all into sentences.
